Beating death of Molester by victim's Dad treated as a homicide

Update: The beating death of a Texas man who was allegedly sexually assaulting a 5-year-girl will be treated as a homicide investigation, the Lavaca County Sheriff's Office said in a statement. For those who dont know the story click here
The girl’s father, 22, whose name has not been released, says he caught Jesus Mora Flores, 47, trying to molest his daughter on his ranch earlier this month. After hearing the girl scream, the father found her and removed Flores from on top of his child, the statement said. He proceeded to inflict several blows to Flores’ head and neck area, the statement said.
"At this time, I believe the homicide investigation should be sent to the grand jury," Heather

McMinn, the Lavaca County District Attorney, said in the statement. She went on to say the sheriff was correct not to arrest the father at the time of the incident, but "all evidence surrounding this homicide will be presented to the grand jury as soon as possible."

Sheriff Micah Harmon, according to the statement, believes the girl’s father is remorseful, and did not intend to kill Flores. He called the case "traumatizing" for the girl and her entire family.

"He was just protecting his daughter and doing what he thought he had to do to protect his daughter," Harmon said.

Must see playgrounds in the U.S.!

Summer is around the corner again!Yayyyy! So I compiled a list of some interesting playgrounds in America that i think people with kids or those that are young at heart should visit!Enjoy!!!

1.New york city hopper,Nelson A.Rockerfeller playground,NYC located between River Terrence and warren street.

Nelson A. Rockefeller Playground, NYC

This beautiful Battery Park playground has something for all ages.  The huge jungle gyms are a great place for kids to meet "park friends"as they run over the bridge or jump on the trampoline net.  The little kid section of the park is slightly separated and full of bars to hang on to (for the new walkers).  But what sets this park apart from the rest is the pedaling carousel.  Powered by the riders, this carousel provides hours of entertainment as well as a great opportunity to practice cooperation skills.  Once the girls found the carousel they ignored the rest of the playground.  I didn't mind because it's covered with a shaded gazebo.  Just take heed, there are signs all over the place warning not to move the carousel any other way but to pedal.

Shelter, mirrors, sand and music are just some of the new paths to discovery that visitors can choose from in the expanded exhibition.
“This rich and playful new addition will serve NYSCI's increasing number of family visitors with preschool-age children,” said Hall President & CEO Marilyn Hoyt. “Children of all ages can have fun while learning fundamental science that will serve them well as they grow into their school years through interactive experiences in the expanded Science Playground.”
